You should plan on accessing the Annual Meeting starting at 5:45 PM on December 7, 2022. The Association’s financial reports will be available for review on TownSq before the Annual Meeting. The Agenda for the Annual Meeting will be as follows:

3. Approval of the 2021 Annual Meeting Minutes

4. Board Report

5. Financial Report

6. Developer Report

7. Announcement of the Names of Vote Tabulators

8. Election Results – One (1) position for a two (2) year term. The candidate receiving the most votes will serve on the Board of Directors.

9. Homeowner Forum - All questions must be submitted in writing by 5:00 p.m. on December 5, 2022 (see below). Unless you are accessing the Annual Meeting by phone-in only, you will also be able to type in questions during the meeting through Microsoft Teams.
